Tuning Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Tune, there will not be refunds or warranty claims. By purchasing the Tune, you acknowledge all sales are FINAL and there will be NO REFUNDS once Base Map is Sent via Email provided, or uploaded onto AccessPort in Person/On-site tuning.
Tuning Waiver
As the “Customer”, I hereby represent that I have read the Tuning policies and that I have full authority to authorize the testing and tuning of this vehicle and to enter into this Waiver/Release.
I am aware that the tuning procedure is intended to and will be to maximize power and performance at Wide-Open Throttle to simulate stress similar to that which the vehicle would experience during operation on the track; therefore, I understand that it is susceptible to the same risks as on the track which may cause wear and tear or complete damage to, but not limited to: Engine, Powertrain and/or Tire/Wheel Failure or Damage.
Tuning Legal Policy
You acknowledge that this product is intended for off-road use ONLY. The customer releases Gap City Performance from any liability of any nature for damage or other losses, which may be sustained as a result of the testing/tuning process.

Was initially excited about my tune then had some issues that were corrected and let them know 2 days ago along with my recent logs but no response. Car runs worse than it did on the Cobb ots tune. Every time I remotely get into any boost it pulls timing immediately. I get it people get busy but like my car is worse off now and I’m out $150.
