You can tell if your car has the factory shifter by pulling down your factory shift boot and looking at the color of the lever. If it is a dark gray, then it is the factory (wide barrel) assembly and you will want this one. 
If it is gold zinc plated lever, then you have the short shifter (narrow barrel) option installed.
